Please Note: If you're unable to fill your assignment, try to trade with someone else.
Let your chairman know of any trades.
The chairman should
make telephone contact with his crew by the weekend prior to the assigned meeting date to confirm they are aware and available.
The chairman should make arrangments for dessert to be ordered and picked up by himself or a crew member. Reimbursement
will be made at the assigned meeting.
